excellent and efficient staff and the place was clean. very good service, even though a few employees were kind of rude. there was amazing and satisfactory breakfasts with natural juices and local cuisine, as for instance. the whole experience was real good.
The breakfast they served was mediocre, hope one day it will be way much better.

Waking up in a salt-domed bedroom and witnessing the stunning sunrise was amazing. The heated pool and spa were perfect after a chilly sunset over the salt flats.

The staff was attentive and even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my family member.
The dining options were quite overpriced and the quality didn't match expectations.

Absolutely stunning place, I really enjoyed very attentive personnel.
Had 3 days in Colchani, spending my time here lovely. Central heating, a safe box and an electronic key card were available in my standard twin room. The breakfast was marvellous, complimentary with natural juices, local cuisine and also many items to choose from. Everything was simply beautiful.

The buffet dinner was a hit with our family, not to mention the heated pool which was perfect for our baby. Fine views of the surrounding salt flats.
In my wife's opinion, more child-friendly amenities are needed.

The unique salt block architecture and spacious common areas were good, but with great warmth! It's an enchanting experience, perfectly accessible for us seniors to wander about comfortably.
More senior-friendly room facilities would be beneficial.
